Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy At Pink Feather Esthetics, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for all clients and to respect the time of the esthetician, the following policies are in place. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask that all cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment – No fee • Cancellations made within 24–48 hours – 50% of the scheduled service fee • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment – 100% of the scheduled service fee Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled through your online booking portal or confirmation email. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy We understand that life happens and delays may occur. • A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule while the full service price still applies. • If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, the appointment will be automatically canceled and treated as a no-show. This ensures we remain respectful of the clients scheduled after you. ⸻ No-Show Policy A no-show is defined as missing your appointment without any prior notice. • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. • Clients who repeatedly no-show may be restricted from future bookings or required to prepay in full for future appointments. ⸻ Same-Day Cancellations Cancellations made on the same day of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. ⸻ Card on File All clients must keep a valid card on file when booking. This card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or policy violation. ⸻ Service Adjustments If you arrive late and there is not enough time to complete the full service, Pink Feather Esthetics reserves the right to: • Modify the service • Reschedule the appointment • Cancel the appointment if necessary The full service fee may still apply depending on the situation. ⸻ Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. If you experience a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. ⸻ Respectful Environment Pink Feather Esthetics is committed to providing a relaxing and professional experience. Any behavior that is disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive may result in the termination of the appointment and refusal of future service. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment with Pink Feather Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
